I have struggled with mental health my whole adult life. Here in these works I have found deep peace and stillness. I’ve connected to the powers that rule my world and tried to place them into symbols, marks and colour to reflect my own tensions and release. These paintings are a memory somehow, and also serve as a place of hope.
